We are not a technology vendor. We do not sell platforms, implement software, or run training programs. We do one thing: diagnose where AI investment is leaking value and redesign the operating model to capture it.
Our name reflects our approach. We deal in clarity, not comfort. The organisations we work with have usually already spent money on AI. They come to us because the investment has not shown up in the P&L, and they want someone to tell them the truth about why. And what to do about it.
